Question by Rafael O: What is love and is it just an excuse for justify our selfishness? Can we love for free?
I mean, we love to work ’cause we get paid. We love our families ’cause they take care of us when we are sick. We love our child just ’cause they’re the good side and hope for all of our frustrations.

The only way love can be truely exchanged is free of charge. Accepted and given freely!

Love is often put into wrong terms or use. Love is what we feel, when something is there, right in front of you. It’s the thing that stands inbetween you and the person you love. It bring you closer, it’s a chain, that has a fierce hold tied to your heart in which is attached to there’s as well. People feel distorted by what love really is. Love could be a something you admire dearly like your work you’ve done or something you like to have there, like food, or an Xbox. Love can be free as long as we know how to understand it. We can’t abuse or throw it around like it’s meat. We have be careful, because everyone tends to exaggerate when they say I Love You, or I Love This T.V. We need to know what the difference is. Love is not a way to justify our selffishness, we’re just confused on how to use it.

Love is selfishness.

You can’t posibly love someone or something without getting something back. In fact, the very reason why we love someone or something because of what we’ve received.

And no, you cannot “love for free”, it’s not logically possible. Love is deeper than charity, they aren’t the same.

Love is selfless action that benefits you because it is done not for you but by you.
The emotion we experience is not the thing in my opinion the actions themselves is what love truly is to me.
Anything else is just a cheap substitute.
I do not experience love unless I am acting, doing work, with the intention of a direct benefit for some one other than myself.
If you tell me you love me I may not believe you but if you show me than how will I be able to doubt my own eyes.
You may think love is something you feel, I think it is something you must do.
I will not act without love be it for the self or for another it is still manifest in action and only in action.
To express love otherwise is merely hallow sentiment.
