Question by Inquisitive One: What are the differences between loving someone and being IN LOVE with someone?
What is the difference or differences to you?

To me, the biggest difference is when you are IN love with someone, you cannot imagine and do not DESIRE to be with anyone else.

When you simply love a person, I think you still possess the thought that there is someone else out there who would be better for you.

Being in love is more than just having no desire to be with someone else. It’s one if the most powerful feelings you can hve for another person. I you love someone, you want them to be safe and happy, but being in love is so much more!
I can’t even explain it well! :)

There are three kinds of love:
Eros, which is the kind that makes you desire someone without reason, like lust , a physical kind of love.
Philio: A brotherly kind of love, like with family members, and close friends.
Agape: Which is the deep love of commitment. The desire to see the one who you love through anything.
